I've decided to start eating following the paleo/primal living guidelines. I've been on it for the last five days. I took a planned cheat day today and had some pizza and chocolate. I can't wait to get back to the plan which is really different for me. When I'm following the plan guidelines it really cuts back on my cravings so I think it will be awhile before I have another planned cheat day.
