Week 60...weigh in...

Hi Everyone

Happy Easter to you!!!

I've had a great week this week adjusting my calories a little higher as advised by those who gave me feedback on my 'panic' blog. I did lots of Zumba and got access to a new level. It makes me so happy-- a big smile on my face when I'm doing it. Love those endorphines...

Aside: In Feb when hubby's birthday came up he went to the butcher in our small town and got the weeks meat order. The lady asked how old he would be and asked to guess-"I'm usually good at this"--famous last words!!!
"Are you 64?" "choke....sputter..."no! I'm not" He was actually 54. But to be fair to the lady, when we first started dating, his work mates asked him what he did in the vietnam war? Then he was 23 and had not done any service. Ha ha.

Back to Zumba: so I'm powering away on the salsa moves when hubby comes out of the office and mimics an old man with a walker struggling along as he goes past!!! Hilarous--I cracked up.!!!!

Anyway back to business:-

Started 5th Feb 2012 98 kgs

1st March 2013 79.6 kgs
today 31st March 76.8 kgs

weekly loss .6
monthly loss 2.8 kgs target was 2 kgs a month
Total loss 21.2 kgs
oops forgot kgs to goal 20.8 kgs


so happy I could burst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Do you know I have lost a pound a week recently, since biking and was over my calorie limit everyday! Goes to show you eating more when you burn lots of calories, does work! And eating healthy too. Now If I had been eating tons of junk food, I wouldn't have lost. So, now I need to reduce back the calories a bit and maybe I will lose 1 1/2 - 2 pounds a week. I am always working on the magic formula for this stubborn body of mine! You are doing great Christine!! That was funny about your husband! emoticon emoticon emoticon
