Springing into Action Week 6 Challenge

For this week's main challenge we were supposed to assess our eating habits. I have been trying to eat healthy since I started with SP. I have good days and bad days. I'm doing great with moderation. I started eating breakfast which I didn't used to do. I try to have protein for breakfast to start my day. I usually have a salad for lunch thru the week. I'm trying to eat more freggies, some days I do better than others. My main problem area is dinner. I live with 3 other adults and 3 teenage boys. I feel selfish making my own "special" dinner, so I have been trying to use moderation with whatever is fixed. I try to eat more salad and veggies instead of some of the higher fats sides that are normally prepared. I usually snack on yogurt or string cheese. Overall my eating has improved dramatically. I went from eating fast food lunch pretty much every day to a salad everyday for lunch. I eat breakfast. I read labels. I track my food every day. It is a day by day process but I'm hanging in there and trying to make little changes here and there.
For our bonus we were supposed to work on our flexibility. I am amazed at how much more flexible I am now compared to when I started my journey. For this challenge, I just went to the SP exercise page and picked 10 different stretches to do every day. Feels so good to stretch and see my body progress! Let's keep going!!! On to next week!!!
