Exercise Accountability #3

I completed 4 workouts this week. I'm very proud of myself. I also tracked my food for the majority of the week. I didn't do so well yesterday and today with tracking, but at least I have been on track with my exercising. I will continue to do this into next week as well.

Next week will be a little more challenging as my husband will be around most evenings, which means that I will have more of a distraction then I did this week. I am pretty sure that I won't be working out tomorrow as it is Easter and we will be with family for most of the day. I plan to work out on Monday before I go into work, however the rest of the week will be up in the air as to when I will work out.

Here is my workout for this evening. I completed 30 minutes at a resistance of 30 with a calorie burn of 341
