Oh goodness. I have been doing good, but not perfect. I have had 2-3 cheat bites each day for the last 3 days probably. I don't think it is is enough to ruin my effort, but my will power hasn't been 100%. Considering where my eating was 13 days ago and where it is now...I am doing great. Still, I could be doing better. I haven't weighed in a while, so I don't know where I am at with that. I plan on weighing on Wednesday I think. Whatever day it is that I start cycle 2... I will weigh that morning.

I went for a mile walk/jog with my son in the jogging stroller and the dog pulling on his leash today. It was hard to focus on jogging so it was very slow going, but it was good to get out and move. I got in a good jog on Friday too. Friday I did my 2.2 miles and it was a decent jog. Thursday I also squeezed one in during my lunch. I don't think I will try that again, unless I am desperate, which I kind of was on Thursday. I needed some stress relief! So that is 3 days in a row! Good for me!

I am loving this weekend and the time that I am getting with the kids. They are so grown up it is killing me!
