Week 2 Pleasantly Surprised

This has been a rough week emotionally for me. I didn't have any motivation to workout, so only did one day. Didn't have any outside merchandising work to get any physical exercise, so was not expecting to see any positive changes on the scale, but I was a good girl on got on the scale for my weekly weigh in. Imagine my delight to see that I am down 3.2 lbs this week! I was very happy indeed.
I will try and keep it up again this week, and get more exercise in too!

    Exercise is very important but so is food intake. I am giving myself off a couple of days from the Y and I am spending that time planning, shopping for healthy foods and cooking. I can't do that as much when I am tired. I do feel like I am on vacation. emoticon
