How did it get to be April already?? I have about 15 pounds to reach my goal and I am feeling pretty good about where I am at and How far I have come.
April should be a little more active with spring sports starting back up. Baseball games and tennis lessons here we come. Now if only the weather would listen!!
Goals for April
Lose 7 lbs (165)
Workout 5 times weekly
Start tennis lessons (end of month)
Prep meals on a weekly basis
Have a great spring!!!
