For today's visualization, focus on the next small milestone you'd like to accomplish. Sometimes, thinking about the baby steps (the next five pounds) can be much more manageable than always focusing on the long-term outcome (reaching your goal weight). Remember this whenever your weight-loss journey seems overwhelming.
This is a PERFECT one for me today. I've been kind of stuck for the last 24 hours. At least it's been a short one so far. I was on a bit of a binge last night. It has kind of carried through to today as well. Same reasons as yesterday. It was just exacerbated today by no change on the scale this morning. I was trying to brace myself for that, but it still kind of hurts.
Anyhow, today is a great day to outline my goals for this next week. Re-gain focus on what I'm striving to reach.
