Back on Track!

So today marks the end of week 2 back on track since the beginning of the year. I have been consistently focused and staying on track with diet and exercise. I lost 4.5 pounds last Sunday. I am looking forward to this week's weigh in. If it goes as well as I'm hoping, I'll be down to my lowest weight this year (2013). I started out the year at 171.5 lbs. Between now and then, I have been down to 166 lbs and as high as 175 lbs.
The past 2 weeks I have been more focused than ever. I've been drinking at least 64 oz of water a day. I've been eating between 1200 and 1300 calories per day and going over one day per week. I've been tracking my steps and me sleep using my FitBit and striving for at least 10,000 steps per day. There have been a few days where I was lower than 10,000, but I've been looking back to where I can add more steps. I've found that the days I am off from work are my worst "step" days. I'm working on changing that.
I am really excited for tomorrow's weigh in. People have already noticed I've lost a little weight and it makes me feel good that my hard work is paying off.
