Weekly Food Prep (Easter Edition)
-Ham, Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs, Roasted Baby Spring Veggies
-Ham and Bean Soup w/ Kale
(See a few blogs back for my Easter recipes)
-Chef Meg's Low-Sodium Breakfast Sausage (ground chicken)

-1 Dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs
-Cut up Strawberries

Meal plan for the week includes
Salmon Cakes (quinoa flakes & gluten free bread) with caramelized onions and avocado

Cheesy Mexican Quinoa w/ avocados

Balsamic-Glazed Pork Tenderloin w/ steamed veggies

Bob Harper's Stir Fry w/ Tempeh

Buffalo Chicken Bacon Cauliflower Casserole

Vegetable Frittata


Tonight's Dinner:

100% grass-fed filet mignon with fennel arugula salad, roasted asparagus, parmesano reggiano, a hard boiled egg, and lemon vinaigrette... 394 Calories.
