I completed level 1 today. 10 hard days that have shown me just how unfit I am and how much I can push myself. I have stuck with it through the aching muscles but I have had to modify some of the moves for the past few days due to knee pain. Both my knees have taken a hit but my left one has some specific pain on the outside running up to my thigh.
HOWEVER I'm not using that as an excuse to give up. I have bought a knee support and I will modify where I need to.
Level 2 starts tomorrow! After a 13 hour shift...ugh. But I'm doing it regardless. At 8pm ill be on level 2. By 8.30 ill be on the floor lol but I will improve just like I did on level 1.
I'm noticing changes already. I just hope they continue and it can really help kick start my fitness so I can supplement my diet changes with some calorie burning.
