I did not go to the gym this morning, but woke up full of energy. So I ran errands then fixed dinner for three nights this week and stored them in the fridge. This should help on those nights when i really do not feel like cooking. However, I was on my feet for the entire morning and most of the afternoon, so now I am really tired - especially my legs. Oh well, maybe I used a few extra calories. I hope everyone is having a safe and happy holiday weekend.
