    Day 1 for me started yesterday! If cleaning house isn't the cardio portion of the workout, this and other exercises is the strength training one! I accidentally did 55 instead of 50 as it reads, but will do 50 today!

    I'm on day four today. I had no idea just doing 60 squats could hurt so much, I'll be happy to see the results :)

I'm reading this on April 4, so since it's your rest day...I'll start with 60 squats and with be right with you and sis-in-law tomorrow. Hope I can keep up. Something tells me I'm gonna be sore (tee..hee).

Oh I'm a Sparkling Firecracker in the 5% Challenge, which team are you on. Good luck with both challenges: 5% & Squats! emoticon emoticon

    Yikes, that's a lot of squats!!!!!!..I might try it but I will have to drop the numbers down or my knees would be screaming. Thanks for posting....good luck! Keep us posted on how you are doing!!!
