Our Spring into Action challenge this week was to asses our nutrition plan. Mine hasn't changed much. I know I need to eat fresh, low fat, unprocessed foods as much as possible. That continues to be my focus.
But that does not address the elephant in the room: overeating and binging. They're hurdles. You need strategies to overcome hurdles. I've read and acquired a list of tips longer than my arm. What helps me most is riding the wave of incremental success. Instead of boo hooing over the Oreo Cappucino Blast from Baskin Robbins, I eat a clean breakfast and commend myself for working out and eating right every other day of the week.
