Getting Beach-body Ready

This morning I finished my last week with Billy Blanks PT 24/7. I did a total of 7 weeks- I repeated week 2-4 after doing the initial 4 week program.
I feel stronger and I can tell that I lost inches in my waist by how my clothes fit. Last night my hubby told me that he could see the muscles in my shoulders and back
That let's me know that it worked in helping me tone up.
It's crazy how working out has become a hobby rather than a chore. This new attitude has even splilt over in other areas of my life. For example the hubby and I have date nights. This used to consist of movies and dinner but next month we are going on a paint ball trip that I found on Living social
. We are also planning on taking a rock wall climbing lesson together!
Starting tomorrow I will be doing a new fitness challenge. I have removed my weight tracker and replaced with a fitness tracker on my SP page. I will also be taking measurements tomorrow so I can see how much progress I have made at the end of the challenge.
The challenge will be from March 31- April 30th. I plan on doing the following workouts:
30 Day Shred- Yeah finally going to kick Jillian's butt and get this workout OFF my to do list. I will be doing it EVERY day in the morning
Hip Hop Abs- I ordered this a few weeks ago and have wanted to try it ever since I bought Rockin Body last summer. I will be following the workout schedule for this plan which consist of workouts 6 days a week
I plan on doing these workouts after work
Sundress Challenge- This is a strength training workout series for my upper body. It was posted on a facebook page that I belong to as part of a challenge for March. I wanted to try it but Billy was already giving my arms a killer workout. This is another 6 day a week workout series and I plan to add this to my mornings with Jillian
I know it seems like a lot but it is meant to make me push myself. I am going for 1,400 fitness minutes in April.
