I realize that I am stating the obvious, but it helps me to post about just how hard it has been for me to shed unwanted pounds. And I have lost a few, about 12 all tolled, but it has taken forever and I am far from on schedule. Still, despite a few see-saw battles, I have succeeded in keeping at least this little chunk of weight off for several months now. And for me, that's progress. But I'm not bragging. Plenty of work to do. The good news is that this is not a race; it's a lifestyle change.

    I feel your frustration....you're right though....it's a lifestyle; that I'm embracing whole heartedly.
My blog today is about not working in a hour of exercise on top of a already crammed 12 hour day that doesn't stop until almost 8 pm.
Idropped 60 lbs a couple years ago as you can see from my bikini picture. Ikept that weight off until about 6 months ago and went on a self destruct rampage of alcoholism....packed on 50 lbs in 6 months, trust me it was EASY...lol
Now I can't seem to fit the exercise in and my weight lose is at about 1lb a week.....better than nothing but I would like toget back in that bikini by the end of the summer.
What to do what to do...???
Seems what you need is to really track your food and cut out 500 cals a day from your LOW cal Range.
I seem to be rambling...anyway, you can do it, hang in there, find your motivation....I'm looking for mine....I don't want to admit it but I think I need to get up at 5am. UGH!!! emoticon emoticon
