I believe Attitude = Motivation. If you have the right attitude motivation will follow. With that being said, I also believe Attitude is 50% of the weight loss journey. The other 50% is tracking your food intake, exercise and water. Every single "diet" plan / journey tells you to drink water. It is extremely important to drink enough water every day.

    You are so right, if you have a positive attitude and believe that you can loose weight, you will. I agree about the tracking too.
