Only about a month and a half left until my goal date... Where has the past month gone?! I feel like March literally flew by. It's been very slow weight loss, around .5-1 lb. a week.
This past week, I'm almost scared to weigh in. I've barely exercised. I've put in a lot of half workout days. Some days I didn't even exercise at all. I also have increased my calorie uptake this week. Never above 1950 calories though. Although, my goal is around 1200-1500. I expect to see some gain, but hopefully not too much. I plan to get back on track this upcoming week.
With prom, graduation, and the beach up ahead, I know I need to focus and try my best during the next couple of weeks.
Prom: 21 days
Graduation: 55 days
Beach: 62 days
