I Don't Want To

Today I don't want anything. I want to play on the computer. I don't want to do Spark People points. I don't want to exercise. I don't want to get out of my pajamas. I don't want to go to work. I don't want to do any of that. I will do it anyway, because if I don't do the spark people points I will break my steak. If I don't exercise I will feel worse. If I don't get out of my pajamas my coworkers will look at me funny. If I don't go to work I will not have money to pay the bills or have a little extra for something fun, like playing on the computer. So I will do it. And I will be happy about it because I chose to do it, no one forced me so there is no point in being miserable. I will feel better about myself in the doing.

    The challenge is forcing yourself to do when you don't want to do. I normally feel very happy after. You'll get there.

    I used my snooze button for the first time EVER this morning!! I hear you.. I did get up, went to a conference, took DD shopping for essentials, am now tearing my stove apart and scrubbing it.. got cable guy coming soon,, that pillow sure looks cozy though..
