track anyway - lesson learned

Started out today feeling weirdly unmotivated. Didn't want to go back and track what I ate yesterday, because I had just snacked and didn't pay attention... but - I had made a commitment to check into sparkcoach every single day for 30 days, and I wasn't about to stop now. So i did, I went back and tracked everything I ate yesterday - and I am very, very pleased to report that *something* must be sticking, because i was only over on one category (calories?) and well within my ranges for the others. YAY. So - reward for tracking, even when I didn't feel like it.
