What's for dinner tomorrow?

tomorrow night I will eat:

- 3 oz. or more of salmon eaten slowly til 80% satiety
- fresh green salad with tomatoes and onions
- banana and walnuts for dessert

If still hungry, I will make a spinach smoothie with coconut water, 95 g of frozen spinach , and a cup of frozen berries.

    This sound delicious. fish, at least 3 veggies, a fruit and nuts. Just about perfect!! What greens are you using? I think I'd want baby spinach!! with some raw asparagus tips. Okay, when's dinner?
