My fitness buddy and I have been killing our workouts lately!
Today's was no exception!
I walked to the gym because it was so nice out:)
SWEAT was shoulders!
KB cleans and squats
power cleans on Olympic bar
TRX Y raises
shoulder to shoulder presses with sandbell
flys with DB
After class we hit the stepper...20 minutes there and then it was time for ZUMBA!
A great morning workout:)
Now to get the pups out to enjoy this sun! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
