January. Daily exercise! 100% AND lost about 3 kilo that month. Did January jumpstart in January, then 28 day bootcamp in February. A couple of inactive weeks after that because I'd overexercised. Now combining Jumpstart strength workouts with a walking programme, a jogging programme (now jogging 20 mins, albeit very slowly) and working at proper pushups the days the strength programme is for arms and upper body.
FEBRUARY. put in the time for prayer and Bible reading. Maybe about 60%. Ongoing challenge, see later!
MARCH. 15 mins daily in garden - probably about 30%, but that's better than nothing! Ongoing challenge.
Also reached my weight goal this month and have started weight maintenance!
APRIL. Put in the time for prayer and Bible study BEFORE opening SP! Started today, and got to SP at 6 p.m., with a clear conscience! Got sick of asking God to help me put the time in every day, and asking him to forgive me next day because I'd left it till I was "too tired".... So now at Easter I'm taking steps to fulfil my Lent resolution!
Now I have the added challenge of calculating low calorie meals to offset the extra calories I choose to eat when visiting friends and neighbours!
