So, following my vlog I posted, here is this weeks plan. I'll update here:

Saturday:
10,000 steps- already done @ 1pm
stay within calories
restrict carbs to breakfast
water
work out- had a crazy work out! went 5 miles (first bit was C25k week 1 program), after that I did 50 jumping jacks, finished a song, did a HIIT for a full song (knee highs, triangle push ups, abs), did another 50 jumping jacks next song, and then did squats and lunges for a full song after and headed back!

Sunday:
10,000 steps- yes
stay within calories- a little over
restrict carbs to breakfast - no
water-yes
add on- went jogging

Monday-
10,000 steps- yes
stay within calories- yes and a bit under. I sucked it up and had a shake and asparagus (yum) for dinner
restrict carbs to breakfast- Had carbs for breakfast and lunch
water- a little under
work out- Did a Hiit exercise 3 times through and a set of burpees, bout 20 minute work out

Tuesday:
10,000 steps- yes
stay within calories- yes and a bit under
restrict carbs to breakfast- no, I had soup with potatoes in the evening for last freeze of the year!
water-- under but no sodas this week
workout- wasn't an official workout day but I made time for a daily hiit (lite) 3 times through
