Wow, what a week. The scale gods were on my side. Now I am not saying I didn't do the work. I did track, track, track. And I chose right on so many occasions. At a lunch buffet (at a pizza parlor no less) I had my plan......big salad, water, one piece of pizza.....eat slowly. If I was still hungry, then another plate of salad, water....you see my plan. It worked. I only had one piece of pizza, one big plate of salad and two glasses of water. There were other victories throughout the week. And they showed on the scale this morning. So I will commit to repeating last week. I will not expect the same result on the scale but I know it is the healthy way to keep me on track to reach my goal. I can taste it!!
