Time To Spring Back

Saturday, March 30, 2013

I have been somewhat depressed the past few weeks.
I was so motivated working on my Spark Challenges and one nice Sunny Day I decided to spend time outside getting my Organic Garden ready for planting. Well, being in a leaning position for hours hurt my back in a strange way where I was in a lot of pain. I had to take medication to help me with the pain and that in effect made me drowsy and just totally not with it. The pain disappeared but I still had this tired lazy feeling for quite some time and depression set in... A viscous circle. I think maybe due to the medication remains and guilt. Well, this morning I woke up feeling refreshed... What a wonderful change. I hope to try to make up for some lost time with the Jump into Spring Challenge so I will be ready to start the new challenges in April. Yes, time to Spring Back...
Today I am Springing back to myself, physically and emotionally...

Glad the former you is back. Perhaps, if you ever need pain med in the future, you can break them in half.
