Today is the last day of the March 30 day challenge. My goals were to exercise 6 days in a week, do 2 SP videos a week and stay on track with The Plan eating program.
How did I do? I did exercise 6 days a week, taking my rest days randomly as life happened. I did not do the 2 SP videos a week, I failed that challenge :(
Eating was on track and the Plan continues to work for me.
Weigh-in 135.3 (down 2.7 from 138 on March 1 and 16.3 from January 1) I am nearly at GOAL!!
Inches lost - a total of 4-1/8" overall since March 1 and 13-1/4" since Jan 1
Early March was a stressful time for me, with the memory of my dad and FIL passing away 6 years ago and the visa paperwork delaying our planned vacation. With all the paperwork resolved in 6 weeks rather than the promised 2-3 weeks, we'll try again in April!
This year has been quite a ride! Thank you Mel for organizing these challenges and keeping me accountable :)
Discovering "The Plan" mid January has been an eyeopener when it comes to finding out which foods are friendly to my body and which ones aren't. So far wheat is the biggest problem and i have been avoiding it with great success. Who would have thought I can lose eating a burger and fries with guacamole but NO bread ?? I am eating more veggies than ever and getting quite a workout chopping :)
I am ready for the April challenge!
