Since I started my journey over 6 months ago I really never thought I would get this far. I had lost weight before but usually quit before I met my goal. I just never wanted it bad enough to put up with the sacrifices that were required. Losing weight and getting into shape is hard work! The trick is making it a habit and eventually you will start to crave the good foods and that challenging workout. I have stuck with it long enough this time that it has become habit for me. I finally kicked my smoking habit and have lost 25 lbs. so far. What amazes me is the tone my body has achieved. In the past I have just lost weight but never transformed by body the way I have this time. I have suffered on and off with depression for years and the changes I have made to my lifestyle have helped me see life in a whole new positive way. Say hello to the new me!
