I ate a portion controlled breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack yesterday - completing a whole week without a binge and didn't feel deprived or unsatisfied.
One meal at a time. One day at a time. One week at a time.
One pound gone!

On the mend, emotionally & physically. Yay!

    Great!!! That is how I felt like this week too. If I could just focus on one meal at a time it made it so much easier. I started to not feel deprived after a while too. Awesome job, and congrats on the loss!!!!
