First Four Weeks of Commitment: Portrait of progress

It is four weeks since I kicked it back in gear.
Rather than brow beat myself about what I didn't do, I am looking at what I did do, and the progress.
20 out of 30 days I did an official set of physical therapy exercises, and have reinstated using weights.
I lost one pound.
I lost 3 inches.
I have gotten on my recumbent bike 3 times.
I have used the wii fit balance board 4 times.
I have used Wii Bowling twice.
I have walked a total of 18.75 miles
I have biked in one place a total of 8.3 miles
I am eating more fruits and veggies than a month ago.
One month ago the score for all these things except some fruits and veggies, and some walking would be zilch.
Onward to April!
