    Good job. Interesting seeing others stats like that. My HR and calories burned are so much higher!

My typical heart rate at about 10:50 to 11mm pace is around 160 - I only weigh 150 lbs.

I''ve been doing more reading, and I may be very close to overtraining. I'd better back off.

How do you figure you average running pace and average walking pace?
Do you hit the lap button each time your run and walk?
