Ladies, I am so proud of all of you!
For one you have helped ME to lose 3 pounds, ( the weight is coming off slower now but it is more consistent)...AND...the inches continue to come off!
I lost 3.2 pounds in the month of March
One inch gone from my waist.
1/4 inch gone from my hips
1/4 inch gone from my neck!!!
1 /14 inches gone from my calf, I guess the calf raises were working! lol
Upper arm I lost 1/2 inch
1/4 inch came off on my thigh ( upper)
The biggest change was the mid thigh measurement: 3 1/4 inches off! WOW!
Chest I only lost 1/4 inch , happy! :-)
Ribs I lost 1 1/2 inches
on the abdomen ( belly button ) I lost 3/4 of an inch
Anckle and knee measurements were the only ones that were the same....
Over all , that is a good result! What did it?
THIS CHALLENGE AND being accountable to all of you!
AND...discovering that my body does not do well with grains. ( Quinoa which is a seed, is good, I have not tested any others)
I look forward to the April Challenge to keep going with what I have in place already and to test other grains to increase veggies and fruit! AND LEAN PROTEIN!
Maybe...maybe I will find the means to buy "The Plan" book? I can only put it on my wish list and hope....
With Spring arriving for REAL now, I look forward to being more active, outdoors!!
