rapid loss

I'm almost worried about how fast I lost this week. Last week I was 208, then jumped briefly to 210 after a bad day, but since tracking everyday, the scale has gone down so quickly, and this morning I almost fainted when I saw 204.8. I've got to imagine most of this is water weight just from cutting down to a reasonable calorie range (about 1500). Even at my heaviest, I've never had a weekly weight loss like this. Well, except for when my daughter was born :-)

So I'm not expecting this to continue, but I won't lie and say I'm not happy.

    Sometimes weight jumps, that's for sure. I've seen it in both directions. It always feels best in this direction! Woot woot!

    When I lost weight last time - the first pounds seemed a lot easier. I lost a lot of weight at first and was shocked - but I had made changes to how I ate and was exercising. I guess it was my body adjusting. Keep up the good work!

    Don't worry about it. It's your body adjusting to the new eating plan. Take it and run with it! :)
