If we have been friends for a while, you know that at the end of January I went to Mexico.
Just before and during my vacation, I was facing a lot of medical problems and was fairly miserable most of the time.
Although I dropped weight before my trip, I gained (almost) all of it back --- all but 7 pounds of it.
The last morning of our trip, my sister-in-law snapped this picture. When she posted it on facebook I was absolutely mortified.

When I got back home, I saw a doctor and got back on track with my weight loss. I worked hard and ate well.
Since I have seen this picture, I have been working harder than ever to be healthy.
This morning, I snapped this picture... 20 pounds (and less than two months) later.
At my restart point (just before Christmas, 2012) I was at a point that I had to lose 200 pounds in order to be at, according to BMI, "healthy weight".
Now that I am down 27 pounds since my starting weight, I am really wanting to see the progress.
So what does a 20-pound weight loss look like on a girl this size?
