As of this morning, I have lost 16 lbs and surpassed the 8% of body weight lost goal! I am pretty excited! This just gives me all the more inspiration and will power to be the one in control of what I eat this weekend!! Holiday and Grandma's amazing cooking be damned, I will eat well! Season opener baseball game on Monday- you will not derail me!!
The amazing part is that nearly all of the weight loss has been due to nutrition. I seem to have had one injury/ailment after another, keeping me out of the gym. I can't wait to see what kind of progress I can make once I am able to consistently add exercise to my daily life.
