I apologize for being a drama queen yesterday. I knew that if I didn't beat myself up enough, I wouldn't try something new. Everyone was so kind, though!

I went to a different spin class a mere 24 hours later than the one I said I was going to try.

My thoughts? At first I thought it was a little boring. You sit and you stand and you adjust the resistance. Over and over again. It was also really HARD. I don't own an outdoor bike and I don't use the gym bikes very often, so it's a very new exercise for my body. When it was over, I felt really, really good! It might not be a regular class for me, but it's another one to put in my, ahem, wheelhouse. emoticon

I took a class or two and it was HARD! I think it would be a nice class to add to the mix here or there when you're looking for something different. Congrats on adding a little to your wheelhouse ;-)

And you did get there... so there :-)

I've never tried spinning. I'm not much into classes, I'd rather work out alone, and I'd rather be outside.

Way to go! Spinning intimidates me and I use the gym bikes regularly AND have a road bike that I ride a lot spring-fall. Sounds awesome, though.
