In the 150's

Saturday, March 30, 2013

Finally made in the 150's. Only 18 lbs to my goal weight. and 4 lbs to short goal (that is by my 60th birthday on May 5th). 30 1/2 lbs gone I never thought I could do it. The greatest feeling ever.
"nothing taste as good as skinny feels" I have to give all the credit to all the motivation and support that I have gotten here at sparkpeople, it has made me feel accountable for me. I want everyone to feel how I have been feeling lately, It is so exciting and refreshing to have the energy, the strenght to take on challenges that I have never thought I could because I was so overweight and depressed. I love sparkpeople and I hope everyone does or will feel excitement and the accomplishment that I feel. Just keep sparking, because it is the best feeling in the world.... emoticon

Great job....I feel your happiness...I am 57 and lost 32 and I never want to "go back there again". Great job. That saying has been posted on my Sparkpage from the beginning..."Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels." emoticon
