following spark advice, this is how I spend my day:
wake up, do at least 5 min. of exercising to get the day started.
within an hour, have breakfast.
of course, write everything down I eat and drink. including calorie counting.
after 5 hours (each), ditto lunch and dinner.
stick within 1200-1500 calories for the entire day, that's about 400 calories a meal.
try not to snack, unless absolutely necessary.
two hours at least of exercise (ok that's part of my job, 'no sweat'!)
housecleaning, walking and swimming on non-dance days.
all the while, starting from after breakfast, get in that water.
set aside about an hour a day for sparking, too.
teach (work, earn an income).
this entails learning the professional content of my students: business, legal, financial, computer science, physics, chemistry, math, philosophy, special ed, tourism, high school, children, ...
plus: take care of my menagerie, paperwork, technology...
the day is too short!
