Mar 29 -- Just because I didn't log it doesn't mean I didn't do it

I'm thinking I got a bit of exercise today as we made our way through all of the Indianapolis Zoo. I forgot my pedometer so have no idea how many steps I took, but how can you walk for 4 hours and not get some mileage in???? Unfortunately I have no "real" numbers to report so I didn't log any exercise minutes today. This has really been a bad month for exercise, but I'm hoping as the weather improves that next month will be better.
I've almost made it through the first half of my Denial for Christ. Our Pastor challenged us to give us something or take on something positive and commit to suffer for our Savior; it's not exactly a Lenten observance but basically the same thing. I did fairly well with my meatless Fridays although one week I did have a sausage sandwich for breakfast before realizing what day it was! The start and finish of the season is a time of fasting for me although I do allow liquids including milk and juice. It's surprising that I haven't drank more today. Maybe that's why I'm so tired.

    it does count you can go back and add walking maybe a 30 minute mile and then add 4hrs that should do the trick
