CrossFit #13 Do it til you puke...

Okay, I didn't puke.. but came very very close. very close. Tonights workout was a 1000meter row in 5:04, followed by 30 ground to overhead keg lifts (40lbs) with another 1000 meter row in 4:54. I was about 150 meters shy of 1000 meters on the second 1000 meters, my heartrate was in the 150s and my mouth started with that "I'm fixen to puke" thang.. LORD.. I gasped out "PUKE" and he ran for the bucket. I did not puke but lord I was close.. rested about 20 seconds and finished the 1000 meters. I was a bit disappointed that I stopped but honest I thought I was going to hurl all over the rower. Tough Tough workout.

The good news is I lost another pound! Yeah me!

    It's funny - I have never felt pukie, but I have felt faint a couple of times. Had to stop and lay on the floor til it passed. As I told coach, I don't worry about "Pukie the Clown" as much as I worry about "Frankie the Fainter"!
