Fit bit review and what I learned about time management in week 1!
I also forgot to add, I'm going to do some good ol carb switching up! I lost all my weight to begin with doing low carb AND beleive it or not.... didn't gain anything back when I started eating carbs again. Nothing! I got off low carb because I was stalled and trying to do something new to shake it up.
I'm going to be eating healthy carbs with my breakfast and go into low carb for the rest of the day. I think I'll have the day to use up their energy and I'll get the benefits of whole grains and fruits which are typically frowned upon in low carb.
I got the idea from an exercise forum that said this was a good alternative to carb cycling.
A typical day for me will look like oatmeal in the morning with fruit or yogurt. Salad for lunch with snacks of nuts and chicken and asparagus for dinner.

Now I don't post this picture to COMPARE myself to them physically. I think all of them look wonderful and they are all different. What they share is HEALTH and that is what I admire so much. In one of their interviews they were asked what they did for a living. Three worked in fitness while one was a mortgage broker working full time. If she can do it, I can do it!
