My goals for this challenge are:
1. To lose some weight, and hopefully drop a few sizes. My clothes are starting to get a little too snug.
2. Stay motivated. This is my biggest challenge. I always start off right but get side tracked. One lazy day for me leads to many.
3. Improve my eating habits. I don't always eat the best foods, especially if I'm running short on time. I'd like to start preparing meals ahead of time and freezing some to grab for lunch instead of going out. I also need to cut back on the processed junk.
4. Get moving. I sit at a desk 40 hours a week, the last thing I need to do is sit when I'm home. The beautiful spring weather will definitely help with this.
