I had a Dr appointment on Monday and I lost 5 pounds since my last visit last month. My blood pressure was 123/85 which is just about normal so I'm happy about that and the fact I have finally lost weight. Since my appointment on Monday I've lost 4 pounds which to me is alarming. There is no possible way for me to have lost a pound each day. Nothing has changed and I haven't worked out so how can I possibly have lost so much weight? I'll keep monitoring my weight but if this keeps up I'll make an appointment just to make sure everything is okay.

My uncle turned 72 on Wednesday! I indulged in a small piece of cake and half a cup of ice cream. It was just enough to be satisfying without going overboard on calories.

I had Spring Break last week and did absolutely nothing. I did homework and went to the Library to get a library card and checked out The Hunger Games book. I read it in less than a day and returned it and got Catching Fire and just about done with it. It feels nice being able to read books... I used to read all the time. It's nice being close to the library because it gives me a chance to walk to the library and get about 15 minutes of exercise.
