Just a quick blog about my day. Had my nutritious pre-workout snack, a protein shake for breakfast after kickboxing and then lunch with a friend at Baja Fresh. Nothing friend...all tasty! Tonight I plan on having a salad to to get the rest of my veggie servings in for a the day.
With the increase in my exercise I need to start consuming more calories..healthy fruit and veggies ones though.
