April goals bring May smaller clothes

Inspired by a team member (Olivia, you truly do inspire me) I am going to set goals for the next month.
1) check in every day
2) log EVERYTHING I eat or drink daily
3) at least 8 glasses of water every day
4) a minimum of 3 fruits/veggies every day. The catch is that I must have at least one of each. I often end up eating all fruits or all veggies. My body needs the nutrients from both.
5) 1,000 fitness minutes. I posted it in an earlier blog, but saying and seeing it again will reinforce it in my head.
Since this is my first time with monthly goals, I think I will stop there.
