Today is the LAST DAY before we measure tomorrow

Friday, March 29, 2013

Tomorrow is day 30 of the Challenge, and since Easter SUNDAY is day 31 and I am sure you will be busy with family and church activities, weigh and measure day will be tomorrow ( Sat)

Please let me know your results as soon as you can and make today a great one!

I have been really good at not having hot cross buns.....
I'll admit it has not been easy!

I had a 2 hour music practice this morning and now I have to go make a chocolate mouse for 28 people for tomorrow's Easter dinner ( we are having it a day early)

I was asked to make the dessert and although chocolate mousse is not sugar free it IS GRAIN Free. I will have just a little!

Look at my tulips today!

I am happy with my 3 pounds lost since March 1st, and although it is not as drastic as the loss in the first two challenges, it feels more like something I can maintain.

I am learning as I go and I encourage you to learn about your body and what foods and activities agree with you as you go too!

HERE IS MORE ON WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE NEXT CHALLENGE:

The next Challenge consists of a nutritional challenge and one other change, you get to pick what. For instance, if you want to break a bad habit or introduce a good habit, this challenge is for you. The challenge will provide suggestions on how to overcome and as in all the other changes, perfection is not the goal, but being intentional. A 30 Day focus can eradicate a bad habit and set another in place!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE,

Please put day 29 stats here!

Way to go Mel, you have weight loss moving in the right direction
I am with you, I felt I put a lot of effort and attention to my nutrition, avoiding white carbs, sugar and wheat for the most part, with not much weight loss to show for it, but at least the weight loss is moving in the right direction.

Thanks for managing this challenge, I am looking forward to the April one !!

It's been an odd week with instructors missing from gym, gym being closed on public holidays, instinctive or intuitive eating being OK on my challenge items of watching carbs and sodium but not quite reliable enough at the moment. That probably means that I'm not reliable. My scale does not agree with the one at gym - so I'm going to drink more water and see what another day brings.

FuseBall and Boxing classes today - nothing yesterday - walk on Thursday and lots of decluttering around the house

BTW - I'm signing up for the next challenge, please

I had a hot cross bun today. So far ahve lost 2.2 kilo
and I am really happy with that. Ended up walking
for 2 hours today and I am really exhausted. I am so
happy with the slow weith loss but it is a pound a week
and when it comes off slowly it will remain off. emoticon
