I am a little bummed because my family may have to give up the gym.
The issue is they take the money out of a bank account (we have a separate one just for the gym & if you are one or two days late, then the bank could charge an overdraft and sometimes, there is more $ taken out then what is suppose to be taken out. We would prefer to just pay cash because then we would know how much was directly going to the gym. Anyway, two of the family members are going down to the gym to discuss it today but we may not be able to go to the gym at all anymore.
I know you don't NEED a gym to workout but I really enjoyed it and it helped keep me focused.
So..now I need some ideas from all of you. What are some fun workouts you do at home. Something you enjoy doing and look forward to?
I am not one for chair exercise because for me, it is boring and it isn't something I will keep up with. Also, no yoga or Pilates. They are simply not for me.
I have found a couple of youtube videos. Beginning taebo is one of my favorites. I wish I could find it on DVD somewhere. I only have it on VHS and only have a DVD player. I also found some beginning zumba online videos that are fun but I am listening to any ideas you may have!
