Alright, so my last blog said that I was slipping.. and I still feel like I am not as good as I was before.. but I'm still here writing you all right? So that is huge. I haven't given up. I think the biggest thing right now is this funky sleep thing that I am battling. I bought my fitbit just purely for the sleep tracking to find out why I'm so exhausted. Turns out, I am running secret marathons in my sleep or something that I don't know about. Need to get that checked out, because I am seriously very very tired and it is a struggle to get out of bed every morning. I go to sleep at a reasonable hour.. always sleep for 8 hours (or close to it) and only am asleep for about half of it or less.
ANYWAYS.. for this challenge, my goal is just to stick with it. I'm not a HUGE fan of the points system and how it is set up, but I committed, and I am going to stick with it. My other goal would be to lose 15lbs while on this challenge so that I'm sitting in a pretty decent spot and will be close to my half way point (eeee!!!)
