Hi guys!! Thank you for all of your kind words and for your support, it totally pumps me up!!!!!!! Yesterday I left work early and nailed a 6 miler before class. Today I start my new challenge. I'm continuing the challenge i was doing last month but I'm added 3 days of toning and 100 percent clean eating(i decided the ec thing late last night) with one treat a week IF i get a craving. I'm still in beast mode and nothing is going to stop me. I'm feeling good and feeling slimmer. I'm in control and I dont even feel that I'm missing out on any thing. Even though this is the first day of this challenge, it also is the end of week 5 of operation fit. Sunday will start week 6 and I cant wait until week 8. At the end of week 8 I'm so taking pictures to see how far i have come,so stay tuned!! Ill ttyt happy sparking!!!!!
Oh i all most forgot, lol I ran a 5.10 miler this morning and i did my 30ds, so i got my 3 dbles in this week yea buddy!!
