I am no by any means doing well with this challenge so far! I feel horrible about it! I've just had so much going on and not getting enough sleep. But this next week I'm really going to bust my ass getting on track! So, here are my goals that I want to accomplish by the end of this challenge:
I want to get into a regular workout routine again.
I would like to lose at least 10 lbs.
I want to feel more confident about my appearance.
I want to get into a habit of meal planning and sticking with the plan.
I'm posting these inside my daily planner for motivation, and on my fridge, and in my bathroom by my scale.
